Players take turns placing their mark ('X' or 'O') in an empty space on the 3x3 grid. The first player to align 3 of their symbols horizontally, vertically, or diagonally wins the round. If all 9 spaces are filled without any 3-in-a-row alignment, the game ends in a Draw. Select AI mode to test your logic against smart bot difficulties!

Always claim the center square (5th tile) first if available — it opens up the most winning diagonals and lines.

If your opponent takes the center, take one of the 4 corner tiles to set up double-threat traps.

On Hard mode, the AI uses the Minimax algorithm and will never lose. Try your best to force a Draw!

Look out for two-way win traps (Forking) where you create two simultaneous winning threats at once.

Can I beat the Hard AI Bot?

On Hard mode, the AI uses the mathematical Minimax algorithm to calculate all possible outcomes. It plays perfectly, so the best possible outcome for the human player is a Draw!
